The DCU 410E Engine Controller is the new base building block to build a supervision system for both variable speeds (propulsion or pumps) or fixed speed (generating set) diesel engines.
It is a compact unit comprising of a front face utilizing a 5.7” colour screen with 70 PPI resolution, which can be mounted to almost any flat surface with a cut-out.
The DCU 410E accepts input data from the engine J1939 CANbus link plus multiple physical I/O, which can be expanded with expansion units. It can communicate with the ships alarm system on CANopen and Modbus RTU, as well as Modbus TCP on standard Ethernet.
The DCU 410E also provides engine control logic and the outputs required, including but not limited to, pre-lubrication control, start & stop signals, both ETR and ETS, plus remote interfaces for these functions.
Connections are made via clearly labeled connectors on the rear of the panel and need no special tools.
Finally, the panel is fully prepared for remote panel integration and works seamlessly with the Auto-Maskin remote panel(s).
The Marine Pro 200 Series is a complete range of marine diesel engine control panels, that includes engine room panels and remote panels. Furthermore, the 200 Series is fully compatible with the 400 Series.
The DCU panels all include a USB memory interface for easy upload of a predefined configuration file. All have ethernet connectivity for standard panel networking, and all have Modbus RTU and TCP interface for communication purposes.

SDU 410 Safety Shutdown Unit
The SDU 410 is an independent, engine safety shutdown module designed to provide the functionality required to meet Classification Society Rules up to and including UMS notations. Equipped with eight switch channels for normally open (NO) switches, and inputs for two speed sensors, complete with wire break detection, the SDU 410 also provides for short circuit detection and protection.

The DCU 305 R3 includes an interface to the engine J1939 CANbus data link.
In addition, it combines the Classification Society requirements for separate monitoring and safety functions in one unit.
The DCU 305 R3 LT is a simpler version without the J1939 CANbus interface.
With a simplified and revised user interface, with easy menu-driven navigation, the DCU 305 R3 is a natural choice for more sophisticated base engines requiring cost-effective supervision.
The included wire terminal module RK-66 has multiple I/O channels, where some have fixed functionality and others are configurable to any available function or event.
The unit is fully prepared to communicate on Modbus RTU to a ships alarm system or to its own remote panel RSP 305.
Finally, configuring the unit is a breeze with the user friendly Windows software Rudolf R3.
